Do I have to create an account to order online?

No, you do not have to create an account to order on my site – however, if you do create an account, you will be able to view your order history, get tracking information on orders and reorder from your past orders.

Will you sell my email address?

No, absolutely not.  I am an avid internet user and I understand the annoyance and frustration of spam email.  That’s why I only send emails out for important updates to our services, and I surely would never sell out our customers.

Placing an Order

Can I order over the phone?

No, actually you must order online. Due to strict ( Payment Card Industry) PCI Compliance (credit card security) guidelines, we cannot accept credit cards over the phone.

No. I have priced my prints so that you pay the least possible.

This does happen sometimes, and almost every time it is because the billing information that you provided doesn’t match the credit card, especially the zip code. If this doesn’t work, make sure that you don’t have an overdue balance on your card. If you are still having problems, be sure to note any “Error Number” that you see, this will help me determine the exact cause of the problem.

You are charged immediately after you accept and place the order. Some delays may occur with your credit card company before our charges show up. The charges will be listed as either “PayPal”, “MJH Enterprise”, or “MJGreyFeather”.
